What is trance?

Although you might not know it, you have probably been in trance several times already this week.

They are examples of trance. It’s where you are so focussed on something all other thoughts take a back seat.

It’s perfectly natural, safe and enjoyable. It’s so natural that when you are in trance, you probably wouldn’t even realise it.
