What is hypnotherapy?

When you think about it, everything we experience in life is experienced in our brains and our brains are also responsible for our reactions to those experiences.

And so, by training our brains to respond in positive ways we will have a much better life than if we allow our brains to respond negatively.

Unfortunately, our thought patterns are often forged in childhood or at times of stress and so we can all end up with unhelpful coping strategies. And to protect these strategies, our conscious mind will often reject any attempt to change them.

Hypnotherapy is simply a natural way to get in behind the conscious protection and give ourselves a more effective, positive strategy.
